IN STOCK Orders placed
M-F by 12:00 noon Central time will be shipped same day.
Special Order items in
stock at our distribution warehouses will be shipped in 3-5 working
days.
Parts not in stock
normally take 2 1/2 weeks. If parts are on factory backorder it may
take longer.
Postage and handling Policy:
All orders are shipped by
UPS or by the United States Postal Service. Our minimum postage and
handling (P&H) charge is $6.95. S&H price depends upon the contents,
size, shape, and weight of the package.
Call for quote on unusually
large packages such as washer & dryer tubs, refrigerator door panels,
etc.
Call for shipping charges
on appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers,
cooking products, etc. Appliances need to be shipped to a commercial or
business address in the continental United States for the best freight
pricing.

Return Policies:
New Appliances:
New appliances: no returns, exchanges
or refunds.
Freight Damage: claims you
must process with freight carrier.
Major Appliance Parts:
No returns, exchanges or refunds on
parts ordered. If you did not receive the correct part that you
ordered, email us to get a
Return Authorization
and we will diligently get you the correct part.
IF parts are returned:
1. Part must be in
original box or package
2. Part must not have
been installed
3. Postage and handling fees are nonrefundable.
4. The
Return Authorization must be on the
outside
of the box.
Warranty:
In-operation or defect of
an appliance: claims must be made with manufacturer under manufacturer
warranty.
All major appliance parts
sold by Super Appliance World carry a 90 day warranty.
